How to Breakthrough Overwhelm with EFT Tapping!

You probably feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders. You may be struggling to manage work, life, and more. This means that you’re working super hard and have little time for yourself.
It’s safe to say that you are probably feeling overwhelmed if you are in this position. It’s a normal feeling, especially since you have so many responsibilities and commitments to take care of right now.
Dealing with Overwhelm
When you feel this overwhelmed, you will be dealing with your pain points. These are the points in your life that cause a long list of problems. For example, you may not be able to focus. You might just feel like you have too much to handle right now.
Now, you need the perfect tool to change this. You need a way to help you feel less overwhelmed and more on top of things. You’re perfectly capable and you know exactly what you’re doing. You just need to work with those pain points and find a way to move past them.
EFT Tapping for Overwhelm
One amazing way to make a difference and stop feeling overwhelmed is with EFT tapping. When you use EFT tapping, you can regain your concentration and really focus in on where you want to take your life!
It’s critical that you move past these feelings of overwhelm. By doing this, you will be able to continue working toward your goals. You won’t be held back any longer by all of your pain points. You can push through, work hard, and achieve your goals.
One problem is that these overwhelming feelings can transfer to everyone around you. You don’t want them to feel overwhelmed simply because of the environment you are creating.
With EFT tapping, you can eliminate those negative feelings, focus in, and really show everyone else how positive you can be. You can even make a positive difference in their lives.
EFT – Tapping Through Overwhelm
First, you will need to identify your pain points. What is holding you back? What is making you feel overwhelmed? Then, tap on whatever your pain points may be.
If you’re unable to focus, tap on that.
If you are feeling discouraged, tap on that.
All of your pain points are actually limiting you. If you can’t focus, your lack of focus is going to limit you. Then, you will start to believe it and it will show up in your life in so many ways. By tapping, you can help stop that from happening.
To use EFT tapping for your pain points, start by coming up with a good setup. Say something like this:
“Even though I am feeling overwhelmed, I am capable of staying positive.”
“While I am feeling overwhelmed, I am doing my best.”
“If I am feeling overwhelmed, I can still focus on my work.”
Then, tap to those phrases. Tap on whatever pain points you need to in order to let go of them. From there, you will feel more focused and more positive, and you will have the encouragement you need to move forward.
