Thank you for visiting and for being willing to take this first step. Your wellness journey can’t be shortcut or fast tracked for long term success, so I’m glad you are ready to make a lasting commitment to feel great and enjoy your best life.
Mindset and emotional wellbeing have a huge impact on your physical health. At one point in my life, I weighed over 350 pounds, struggled with chronic health conditions, and lived on a yo-yo diet roller coaster! For me the outworking of my poor habits was being overweight, but that was only the beginning. It didn’t scratch the surface of the real issue. Dealing with stress, overwhelm, anxiety, looking for quick fixes for far deeper issues and wanting it finished by Friday, was the reason nothing was working and I was just wasting tons of time and tons of money, year after year! Perhaps you can relate.
By being willing to take a holistic approach I was able to finally lose over 80 pounds – and keep it off for good! Like anything worth having this is a long distance run not a sprint. I only achieved this by looking deep within myself, hiring a coach, incorporating essential oils, addressing the emotional connection of my relationship with food, and supporting my recovery from food addiction using Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I’m not done yet because I truly believe health is a journey not a destination. It’s been an amazing run and I want you to have a success story at your finish line too!

In a word – YES. But, allow me explain why.
What Is Tapping and Why Does It Matter?
“Tapping” or “Emotional Freedom Techniques” (EFT) is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in ancient Chinese acupuncture practices. It’s been used to assist with physical and emotional ailments for over five thousand years, without the invasiveness of needles. A person’s life energy flows through these points – and the idea is that any fears, emotions or negative charges a person has will accumulate in these points and end up blocking them. Essentially, tapping unblocks energetic points on your body that may be holding you back from success and abundance. Therefore, it is an incredible tool for the reduction of stress, anxiety, overwhelm, overeating, overweight and the accumulation of health concerns that so often come along with these negativities.
