A Simple Morning EFT Tapping Routine

One of the most effective ways to start your day is with morning routine – especially one that includes EFT Tapping. This is just any routine, but it is more intentional and focuses more internally. While a morning routine might include exercise and healthy breakfast, your morning tapping will have an emphasis on what’s going on inside. You can include other external practices, but just make sure that they have an internal effect on you too.

How you start your day has a big impact on how your day turns out. Think about how you usually kick off your workday? Do you just dive into it headfirst? Do you take your time and get organized? Everyone has a different way to get going in the morning.

What you may be doing right now may not actually be the best way to start off your day. It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking we’re doing everything right to ensure a productive work day. In reality, some strategies work better than others. That’s true of nearly anything.

There are many benefits of solid morning routine, which make it all worthwhile. A morning routine can help you to start your day in the best way. They help you to be productive and work hard. For some individuals, morning routines have even helped with mental health and overall emotional wellbeing.

Some favorite routines include writing out all of your daily goals, reading a book, and practicing gratitude. You can choose as many or as few goals as you would like. For beginners, it’s best to start with a smaller number of practices or tasks for your routine. This will help you to adjust to having a morning routine.

As you get used to your morning routine, you can add even more components. Of course, you want to make sure each part is still meaningful. If not, what’s the point in doing it? This also means that you can make changes to your routine later on. If something loses its meaning, switch it up.

Figure out the things that make you feel more productive. Think about what makes you feel more passionate about your work. Consider anything that might make your day more meaningful. By starting your day with this, you are setting yourself up for success for the rest of the day.

EFT Tapping Routine Made Simple

Something else to add to your morning routine is a very simple EFT tapping round. It will allow you to focus on the day ahead of you and prepare to face any challenges as well as you can.

When you use EFT tapping, you don’t have to use a long and complicated routine. Start simple so that you don’t become overwhelmed or discouraged. Make sure your words are meaningful so that you can actually benefit from them. As mentioned before, you can make changes if your intentions change.

As you tap, set intentions for your day. These can be as simple as, “I want my day to be great,” “I will have a productive work day,” or ask yourself, “What can I do to make today great?” If you are struggling with something work-related, tap on that. This may be something like, “Even though I’m likely to have distractions today, I know I’ll do the best I can.”

When you’re setting intentions to tap on, think about what’s really important to you in your work day. Make it personal. Consider what you’re going to be doing that day and how you need to support yourself to make it happen.

Practicing EFT Tapping

To practice, focus in on one particular task you have to complete for the day. Come up with three different intentions to tap on for that task alone. This can be used for individual tasks or you can tap on your entire workday until more specific issues come up.

For example:

As you create your morning routine, think about what’s most important to you and what’s going to make your day more meaningful. You can even gain inspiration from other successful people’s morning routines online. Find what works best for you.

By making this important time for yourself in the morning, you will be starting your day off right. This will help you to have a better day and deal with things head on with ease!
